About This Event

Topic: How does ESG impact energy sources, availability, and consumer prices?

The CHLI's Congressional Hill Briefing Series provides a platform for an in-depth dialogue on current public policy issues that affect the U.S. Hispanic and Portuguese communities. The Briefing Series takes place on a quarterly basis and includes Members of Congress, Congressional staff, government officials, national leaders and experts from the private and public sector. 

Briefing Series themes are based on a combination of pressing issues on the Hill and CHLI's areas of focus which include: Diversity of Thought, youth leadership development, corporate social responsibility, public service, commerce, trade, entrepeneurship, workforce development, energy/environment and technology/innovation. 

CHLI does not attempt to influence legislation. We do not support nor oppose any legislation or regulation at the federal, state, or local level. CHLI does work to educate voters and other members of the public on emerging public policy issues of importance.   The elected officials, moderator, and panelists who speak at CHLI Public Policy Hill Briefings may share information and distribute written educational materials about legislation at the state or federal level, policies, or regulations. Such information and materials are for background and educational purposes only. Information and educational materials distributed at CHLI Briefings are in no way intended to reflect CHLI's support or opposition of any federal, state, or local legislation.
