Norberto Salinas is a Senior Counsel and Director of Government Relations at Intel Corporation. As a member of the Intel Government and Policy Group, he is responsible for helping shape and advance the legislative, public policy, and political interests of Intel Corporation. His focus includes workforce and patent policy and strategy.

Prior to joining Intel, Norberto was Senior Counsel on the House Committee on the Judiciary where he handled a broad policy portfolio including intellectual property, state taxation, sports law, arbitration, legal services, the budget, and other technology and telecom related policy areas. Before that, he practiced at two Washington, D.C. based firms.

Norberto earned his Bachelor’s degree from Wabash College in Crawfordsville, Indiana and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Michigan Law School in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
