Karen Galindo is a senior at Wichita State University, double majoring in strategic communications and international studies with a minor in Spanish. After earning her Bachelor's degree, she plans to pursue an MA in International Studies or a related field. Last year, Karen completed her first internship at her hometown's local NPR radio station, KMUW 89.1 FM, where she assisted with donor services, social media, and engagement events. Karen's primary career goal is to join the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs. During her spare time, Karen enjoys watching historical dramas and reading books of any and every genre.
