Christina Carrica Haley serves as Senior Policy Advisor in the public law and policy group at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld. She is working on a book of business which includes US companies over a variety of industries and building a base throughout Latin and South America, creating synergies with governments and businesses alike. She previously served as the CEO of Connectiva, a strategic political consulting firm based in Washington, D.C. 

Connectiva served as a campaign finance firm, where Ms. Haley designed, ran and implemented National and D.C. fundraising strategies for congressional candidates. Most recently, she led the fundraising efforts for Sen. Bob Menendez (D-NJ), the highest ranking Latino Democrat in Congress; Rep. Tony Cárdenas (D-CA); Rep. Luis Gutierrez (D-IL); and several other Members of the United States House and Senate. 

Ms. Haley also served as the national Latino finance director for the Hillary for America Campaign. She raised $35 million, the largest amount ever raised for a single campaign in history. Christina designed, implemented and managed a national strategy to recruit, engage and maintain Latino donors and raisers in order to build the largest group of Latino supporters of a presidential campaign. 

Christina has distinguished herself as one of the top Latino fundraisers in the country and devoted herself to leveraging donor networks to support diverse leaders. Her unique network had positioned her to be a player in the growing economy of the Americas. She is seen as a trusted confidant of businesses, State and Federal Governments in the United States, Mexico and Argentina, amongst other places in the region. 

Christina is first generation Argentinian-American and growing up spent her summers in Argentina with her family that still resides there. She was raised in Deltona, Florida and is a proud product of the Volusia County School system, where her mother has been an employee for 26 years. She received both of her B.A. degrees, Politics and Economics of Society, from Marymount University and currently resides in Washington, DC.
